Electronic Data recovery, it's Impact on Asset Realisations and Data Protection Act

For TMA (UK)'s first Scotland event of 2014 the meeting was addressed by an IT Specialist and a Solicitor who, drawing on their extensive experience, was talked about recovering electronic data and the data protection act.

The experts were illustrated their points using relevant case studies and the ensuing debate, during a chaired questions and answers session. It was a lively event and thought provoking conclusion to the formal part of the evening. The evening was chaired by Symon Legge – Acasta Consulting (Scotland) Ltd and TMA (UK) Regional Co-ordinator and Symon was joined by Stephen Jey, Director – Ardenta Consulting Limited and Colin Miller, Partner – DWF Biggart Baillie.

Stephen has illustrated to the participants with some pertinent case studies the increasing importance of electronic data recovery in the Corporate Insolvency sector and the advantages of employing an expert in the field to protect the Company’s records.
